Mornings start with fresh brewed coffee, espresso drinks, donuts, and baked goods straight from the oven. Afternoons are for hand-dipped ice cream runs with the kids and a sweet treat to take home.

Our story
Meet Danielle & Steven — the husband-and-wife team behind Scoops & Giggles.
Scoops & Giggles was created by Danielle and Steven Gossett, two small-town dreamers bringing ice cream, coffee, and baked goods to downtown Limon, Colorado.
Danielle's baking journey started quietly at home — years of cottage baking, a weekly email menu, and custom orders shared by word of mouth. Every box was packed with care and sent out one neighbor, one celebration, one little moment at a time.
Steven brings his love of woodworking and craftsmanship into every corner of the shop. The handcrafted wood accents you'll see inside are his — built with the same care that goes into every cookie, scoop, and slice. Together, they're pouring years of dreaming, baking, and building into something truly their own.
